Chris Lord-Smith and Mal Shears have been busy making 9 horizontal (Kenyan) and 4 vertical (Warre) top bar hives.
One of each will be placed in the MBKA apiary at Gregynog so members have the opportunity to get experience of these two different types of hives as well as the usual National hive.
